Shipping policy

General :

· Delivery will be made in a span of 7-10 working days*.

· Customers are requested to retain the Tax Invoice in record as it is an important document for ownership. The customer can keep an image of the same. This document is necessary for all future transactions.

· To raise a return or exchange request, the customer will have to send an email to info@merudivines.com, stating the details of the order and the reason for raising the request or follow the process mentioned on website to raise the request online.

· A customer can only cancel the order in the next 12 hours from the time of order being placed (following 12 hours and not the next 12 working hours).

· Any re-polishing or any other kind of repairing required due to regular wear and tear of the product or damage caused by improper handling of the product by the customer bought from us, will be chargeable.

NOTE: There is 1 year warranty on Plating on all our products.

· GST/All kind of taxes and Delivery Charges are included in the Final Price of all products.

· Upon return of the product, any extra charges levied other than mentioned above and charges levied by the payment gateway, if any will not be refunded.

Silver Jewellery :

· Please handle the jewellery carefully to avoid any damage. Any exchange or return will be applicable only if the customer produces the tax invoice in his name and the product is not damaged. A customer can only exchange request in the next 12 hours from the time of delivery (following 12 hours and not the next 12 working hours).

· If the purchased product has a manufacturing defect, it can be exchanged although in case of any other damage to the product while using the product, it will be repaired but not exchanged.
